Finally getting back to framing up the new modules, I've essentially built up five of the six sections and I'm about to add legs and connect them up.
Here is a view of the module piece that connects this multi-piece unit onto a standard Z-Bend Track module, in this case my Canyon Module. To support each connecting piece, I've installed some stock pieces of aluminum as alignment guides. The idea is that each module piece simply sits on the protruding aluminum "shelf" and is outwardly justified up against the L-brace and then I'll use a C-clamp underneath to hold it tightly together. All mating surfaces and the exposed sides will eventually be covered with 3/8" luan ply to protect the modules and give them a nicer finish.
In the view below, you can see that I've mounted four more of the six modules, each in the fashion that I described above. Temporarily, I've placed spacers between the modules to account for the luan ply siding that will be added before the modules are done. All that remains at this point is to add the module that closes up the loop - this last module with sit in-between the two modules seen closer to you supported by additional aluminum braces.
